Weight Alerts Queue flags readings struck out in PCC
The Weight Alerts Queue now checks whether the weight reading behind a pending alert has since been struck out (voided or corrected) in PCC. Flagged alerts are clearly marked and can no longer be approved or sent to a doctor, so corrected data never results in a false notification to a family.

More consistent phone number selection for family contacts
Fixed an inconsistency where the periodic resident sync could save a family contact's home phone number instead of their cell phone, even when a cell number was on file. Contact phone numbers are now selected the same way everywhere, so messages consistently reach the right number.
- August 5, 2026
Retried text messages now go to the right family contact
Fixed an issue where manually retrying a failed text message could send it to the resident's own phone number instead of their emergency contact. Retries now correctly go to the same family contact the original message was meant for.
- August 5, 2026
Fixed Blocked Users page getting stuck loading
Fixed an issue on the facility Blocked Users page where the list would get stuck showing "Loading..." and never finish if there was at least one blocked user.
- August 3, 2026
Weight alerts no longer skipped for unsubscribed family contacts
Fixed an issue where a resident's weight change wouldn't appear in the Weight Alerts Queue at all if their family contact had texted STOP to opt out of messages. Staff will now always see the alert for review, even though the automatic text to that family member is still correctly held back.
- August 3, 2026
Notify a doctor directly from a weight alert
Added a "Notify Doctor" option to the Weight Alerts Queue so staff can text a doctor a secure link with the weight change details. Doctors' names and phone numbers can be saved for the facility so they're easy to reuse next time.
- August 3, 2026
Clearer new-appointment text messages
Rewrote the text and secure-link message sent when a new calendar event is scheduled so the appointment type always reads correctly, no matter what wording the facility uses for it (for example, "Entertainment" or "Doctor's Appointment").
- August 3, 2026

- July 24, 2026

Fixed an issue where a copied recipient (CC) who is enabled to receive manual staff messages wouldn't actually get a copy of the message when it was sent as a reply within an already-open conversation with the family contact.
- July 24, 2026
Team page improvements
The Team page now has a back button, shows when each invite was sent (newest invites first), and lets super admins and owners pick which organization a new invite belongs to right from the invite form — separate from the organization filter used to browse the invite list. We also fixed an issue that could prevent some invited teammates from finishing their account setup.
- July 22, 2026
More reliable message history in Family Messaging
Fixed an issue where previously sent messages in a family conversation would sometimes fail to load in the Family Messaging tab and the thread would appear empty. If a conversation still fails to load, the page now shows a clear retry option instead of showing nothing.
- July 22, 2026

- July 22, 2026
Physical restraint consent fixes

- July 22, 2026
Audit log for account activity
Added an audit log so admins can review who created, changed, or removed what and when across the account. Both can filter by facility, date range, action, team member, and feature area.
- July 21, 2026

Org and facility admins can now invite a new teammate by text: the recipient taps a link, sets a password, and their account is automatically set up for the right facility. Admins can also resend or cancel an invite before it's used.

- July 14, 2026
Physical restraint and device consent requests
Facility staff can now request consent for physical restraints and devices (such as bed rails, lap buddies, and chair alarms) in addition to psychotherapeutic medications. Families and physicians can review restraint-specific disclosures, alternatives attempted, and clinical details, and sign securely online.
- July 9, 2026
Consent renewal reminders and updated consent PDF
Facility staff can now set a custom reminder date to revisit and renew a medication consent. Consent PDFs now include the FDA Black Box Warning when applicable, and families no longer receive an extra "reply YES to confirm" text after a consent request is sent.
- July 3, 2026
Custom (manual) Messages
Launched Custom Messages, letting facility staff text a resident's family contact directly, with a searchable, auto-loading inbox and the ability to send and receive file attachments like photos and documents. Includes reliable read-status tracking and correct handling of Word documents and other non-image attachments.
- July 2, 2026

- June 24, 2026
Review requests no longer sent after a resident's death or hospital transfer
Fixed an issue where a post-discharge review request text could be sent to a family after a resident passed away or was transferred to a hospital. These sensitive situations are now always excluded from review requests.
- June 22, 2026
